Annex to the strategic partnership agreements between Liliane Foundation and the SPO’s on the protection of privacy of children and youngsters.

Mid October we did send you an annex to the existing strategic partnership agreements on the subject of the protection of the privacy of children and youngsters in the programs supported by Liliane Foundation.

This annex covered an explanation on the reasons for this document, a number of general principles around privacy, and arrangements for the consent of parents / caretakers for using photos and other material for child stories and external campaigns. We also did send a form for the consent of parents and caretakers.

The request was to sign this annex to the agreement, and to return the signed version to Liliane Foundation. If this has not yet been done, we would like to request to finalize this as soon as possible. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
