Go to your personal profile

After logging in, click on your name at the top of the screen.

 

 

Click on Profile

 

Click “Edit Profile”

 

Change your e-mail address

 

Click on “change login credentials” in your personal profile.

 

Enter your new email address and your current password and click “Save”

 

You will be logged out automatically, click “Back to login page”

 

You can now login with your new email address.

 

Change your password

Click on “change login credentials” in your personal profile.

Click on 'reset password', and fill in your current password, as well as your new password, and a second time the new password to confirm it.
Note: Make sure your new password meets the requirements. A special character is for example a question mark (?), exclamation mark (!) or percentage sign (%).

 

 

Done! For the next time you login on the platform, you need to use your new password.
